Among the enterprises approaching the glorious 35th anniversary of sacred Independence with significant labor achievements is the "Baherden" sewing factory of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan. Tailors at this long-standing enterprise managed to fulfill the production plan for January–July of this year by 123 percent, as reported by the "Turkmenistan" newspaper. Over the past seven months, as a result of the united efforts of the factory's dedicated specialists, garments worth over 10 million 34 thousand manats were produced. Compared to the same period last year, this indicator demonstrates a production growth rate of 107,9 percent. At this leading enterprise, which employs more than 100 citizens, over 391 thousand textile items have been produced since the beginning of the year. The bulk of the manufactured goods consists of specialized clothing made to order and other sewn products. The steady increase in incoming orders is driven by the use of eco-friendly cotton fabrics in production and the high quality of the products. In these days of preparation for the country's main holiday, the factory's workers and specialists are further boosting their work momentum.
