Turkmen and Tajik entrepreneurs will meet in Dushanbe to expand trade and economic cooperation

On July 3, at a regular meeting of the Government, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Nokerguly Atagulyyev reported on the preparations for the meeting of the Turkmen-Tajik Business Council. The Government meeting was held via a digital system under the leadership of honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. This news was released by the electronic newspaper "Turkmenistan: Golden Age". As the Vice-Prime Minister reported, relevant efforts are being carried out as part of the preparations for the second meeting of the Business Council, which will take place in the city of Dushanbe. Representatives from our country's ministries, sectoral agencies, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs are expected to participate in this event, which aims to further strengthen mutually beneficial trade and economic relations between the two nations. In this regard, Nokerguly Atagulyyev submitted a relevant proposal for consideration by the Head of State. After listening to the report, honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov specifically noted that Turkmenistan consistently develops its cooperation with foreign countries. Emphasizing the importance of the Turkmen-Tajik Business Council meeting in deepening friendly relations, the Head of State instructed the Vice-Prime Minister to carry out the necessary work to organize this event at a high level.
