Halach Textile Workers Reached Record Indicators: The Plan Exceeded 140 Percent

The cotton yarn spinning factory located in the Halach district of Lebap province concluded the past year with great labor victories. During the reporting period, the enterprise produced a total of 113 million 510 thousand manats worth of products, succeeding in fulfilling its annual plan by 140.2 percent. This shows that the volume of produced and realized products is significantly higher than in previous years. During the year, a total of 2 thousand 963 tons of yarn were sold, and the tasks set in this direction were successfully implemented. Especially, the export of 2 thousand 226 tons of the produced yarn to states such as Russia and Uzbekistan demonstrated the enterprise's position in foreign trade. The total value of the exported goods amounted to 72 million 309 thousand manats. At the same time, a certain part of the products is sent to the textile enterprises of our country, and necessary work continues to satisfy the demands that will come in the new year. Halach textile workers produce five types of yarn using modern equipment from the Italian company "Marzoli." While the demand for "Nm17/1" type yarn is higher among buyers, along with that, yarns in sizes 20, 27, and 34 also enjoy great demand. The production stage starts from cleaning the cotton and is carried out with the help of scutching and winding machines. During the technological processes, eight fibers are joined, given a corresponding twist, and high-quality yarns are prepared through the ring spinning method.
