"White Gold" Harvesting Continues in Balkan Velayat

This year, the farmers of Balkan Velayat set a high goal for themselves—to harvest 16,000 tons of cotton from 13,000 hectares of fields. Today, they continue gathering the new crop at a relentless pace. Specialists from the production structures of the velayat's agricultural complex have properly organized the harvesting operations. Tenant farmers, landowners, and agricultural producers from the Kyzylarbat, Bereket, and Magtymguly etraps have been working particularly selflessly in this important effort. Across the region, the number of farmers successfully exceeding their contractual obligations grows day by day. At the height of this critical season, machine operators and engineering personnel of the "Balkanobahyzmat" production association are demonstrating high activity. Operating new, high-performance harvesters imported from abroad, the machine operators work in multiple shifts to complete the tasks within agrotechnical deadlines. Today, necessary efforts are being made in the velayat to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of powerful cotton harvesters, other agricultural machinery, and motor vehicles. Special technical maintenance teams consisting of experienced specialists, repair masters, adjusters, and welders work continuously. Mobile crews, fully supplied with fuel, lubricants, and spare parts, travel directly to the fields to ensure fast and coordinated operations. By establishing continuous transport service, farmers ensure the prompt delivery of cotton from the harvester hoppers to the cotton receiving points of the "Balkanpagta" production association in the Kyzylarbat and Bereket etraps. Additionally, competitions are organized among harvester operators and drivers, with top performers regularly awarded by public organizations of the velayat.
