On September 11, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via the digital system. During the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Nokerguly Atagulyyev presented a report on the work being carried out to modernize the enterprises of the Ministry of Textile Industry, the electronic newspaper “Turkmenistan: Golden Age” reports. It was noted that the country’s textile industry is consistently implementing measures aimed at introducing advanced technologies at production enterprises, ensuring the efficient use of production capacities, expanding the range of products and increasing production volumes. The Deputy Prime Minister submitted proposals for consideration by the Head of State on further expanding the production capabilities of the textile sector and improving the efficiency of enterprises. Having heard the report, the President of Turkmenistan emphasized the importance of applying modern technologies at textile enterprises, increasing the production of high-quality products and developing the production capacity of the industry. The Head of State approved the proposal to further modernize the Baherden Garment Factory and gave the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers specific instructions to carry out the relevant work.
