CAITME 2026 will bring together Central Asia’s textile industry representatives in Tashkent

The 17th Central Asian International Exhibition “Textile Machinery and Technologies — CAITME 2026” will take place on September 8–10, 2026, at the Uzexpocentre National Exhibition Complex in Tashkent. Information about the upcoming event was shared by the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Turkmenistan. CAITME is regarded as one of the region’s largest specialized platforms for manufacturers of textile, garment and knitwear products, equipment suppliers and developers of industry technologies. More than 200 companies and brands from Europe, Asia and other regions are expected to participate. The exhibition will feature cotton ginning and spinning technologies, weaving and knitting machinery, garment manufacturing equipment, fabric dyeing and finishing solutions, textile chemicals, dyes, software and production waste recycling systems. Visitors will be able to see the machinery in operation and receive direct advice from manufacturers and technical specialists. The event is of practical interest to textile enterprises and industry professionals from Turkmenistan. Attending the exhibition will provide an opportunity to explore modern production lines, energy-efficient technologies and solutions designed to improve the quality and competitiveness of finished products. The TextileExpo Uzbekistan Sourcing Hub, scheduled for September 9, will be one of the exhibition’s special events. The project will facilitate direct negotiations between textile manufacturers, retail chains, factories and specialized companies using digital technologies and artificial intelligence.
