Additionally, agricultural machinery and equipment for the spring planting campaign are being prepared. The governor also reported on the progress of construction projects for social, cultural, and industrial facilities scheduled to open in the province this year under the National Socio-Economic Development Program and the National Rural Program. After hearing the report, the head of state emphasized the importance of a comprehensive approach to seasonal agro-technical measures, particularly wheat maintenance and field preparation for planting. He issued specific instructions to the governor and ordered strict oversight of the timely and proper execution of the planned works under the national programs. Next, the governor of Balkan province, H. Ashyrmyradov, reported on the region’s agricultural activities, noting that wheat maintenance is ongoing. Preparations for cotton planting include land leveling, ridge forming, and high-quality seed procurement. Efforts are also being made to prepare land and seed stock for potato and vegetable planting. The report also covered the progress of social and industrial construction projects scheduled for completion this year under the National Socio-Economic Development Program and the National Program for Improving Rural Living Conditions. Following the report, President Berdimuhamedov stressed the need to enhance agricultural efficiency and issued relevant directives. Orazov of Mary province reported that wheat maintenance is ongoing per agro-technical standards. Preparations for cotton planting include harrowing, ridge forming, and seed procurement. The province is also preparing for the planting of potatoes and vegetables while overseeing the collection and processing of sugar beets. The governor also reported on the progress of social and industrial construction projects set for completion this year under the National Rural Program. The head of state emphasized the need for high-quality agricultural activities and ordered the governor to ensure effective implementation.
