It was noted that ongoing efforts include care for wheat crops. Measures are also being implemented to increase cotton production on designated lands, including harrowing and ridge-forming. Concurrently, efforts are underway to supply farmers with high-quality seeds and prepare agricultural machinery and equipment for the upcoming season. Additionally, preparatory work is being conducted to secure potato seeds and other vegetable crops, along with preparing land for planting. Surrounding agricultural fields, irrigation systems, and drainage networks are being cleaned as part of this effort. The governor also reported on efforts to ensure the proper functioning of heating systems for social and cultural facilities, along with the uninterrupted supply of electricity, natural gas, and water. Having heard the report, President Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of conducting seasonal agricultural campaigns in accordance with agronomic standards, ensuring thorough preparations for the spring sowing season, and instructed the governor to closely oversee these tasks. Subsequently, Governor H. Ashyrmyradov of Balkan province reported on the region’s developments. He noted that care for wheat crops is being conducted in compliance with agronomic norms. Preparations for cotton planting, including harrowing and ridge-forming, are ongoing. Efforts are also focused on providing high-quality seed material and preparing agricultural equipment and machinery. Guided by the task of increasing potato and vegetable production, preparations for planting fields and seed stockpiling are being carried out. Work to enhance land reclamation and water supply is also underway. Reports highlighted efforts to maintain heating systems in residential buildings, schools, and kindergartens, along with the uninterrupted provision of electricity, natural gas, and water for the population. After reviewing the report, the President instructed the governor to ensure high-quality execution of seasonal agricultural activities in compliance with established norms and to properly prepare for spring sowing. Governor D. Babaev of Dashoguz province then reported on the state of agricultural activities in the region. As part of preparations for cotton planting, phosphorus fertilization, plowing, leveling, and irrigation of soil are being carried out. High-quality cotton seeds, suitable for the region's climatic conditions, are being procured, and agricultural machinery and equipment are being repaired and prepared for the spring campaign. Efforts are also focused on preparing land and seeds for planting potatoes, vegetables, and melons. Cleaning of field areas, irrigation systems, and drainage networks is ongoing. The governor reported on steps taken to ensure the uninterrupted operation of heating systems in residential and social facilities and the continuous supply of electricity, natural gas, and drinking water. The President, after hearing the report, stressed that proper preparation for the spring sowing of agricultural crops is a priority and gave the governor specific instructions. Governor M. Annanepesov of Lebap province presented his report on seasonal agricultural campaigns in the region. He noted that wheat crops are being maintained according to agronomic standards. Land designated for cotton planting is undergoing leveling, planning, and irrigation. Concurrently, preparations are being made to provide high-quality seeds and ensure that agricultural machinery is ready for the spring sowing season. Fields and seed material for planting potatoes, vegetables, and melons are also being prepared. Cleaning of areas around fields and irrigation systems is being carried out to improve water supply. Efforts to maintain heating systems in residential buildings and social facilities and to provide uninterrupted utilities to the population are ongoing. Having reviewed the report, the President underscored the importance of organized and high-quality execution of seasonal agricultural campaigns and issued specific instructions to the governor. Governor B. Orazov of Mary province reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns. Care for wheat crops is underway, and preparations for cotton planting, including harrowing and ridge-forming, are in progress. Efforts are being made to supply cotton producers with high-quality seeds and to prepare agricultural machinery. In line with the President’s directives to enhance food abundance, land and seeds are being prepared for planting potatoes and other vegetable crops. Efforts to harvest sugar beets and process them efficiently are also being implemented. Cleaning of surrounding field areas and irrigation and drainage systems continues as part of land preparation for the spring season. After hearing the report, the President highlighted the need for high-level execution of agricultural campaigns in compliance with agronomic norms and issued specific instructions.
